Study Of The Impact Of The Cluster Network Structure Characteristics Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Hebei Province On The Innovation Performance

With the development of economic globalization and informatization, the cluster ofsmall-and-medium-sized enterprises was investigated by more and more researchers from theaspect of network. The way to promote the cluster of small-and-medium-sized enterprises tocontribute to the regional economic is pay more attention by the various social aspects anddecision-making government departments. Because of the larger gap of per head betweenChina’s cluster and similar foreign cluster, it become important to contribute to the economicdevelopment of our country through developing the cluster innovation and further upgrade. Thisresearch directly relates to the stamina and possible trends of regional economic development,and has very direct practical significance to improve production efficiency of the enterprise orthe overall regional, and enhance the industry international competitiveness, through this newindustrial organization form-enterprise cluster. However, at present, mostly scholars exploredthe enterprise cluster network characteristics on the influence of the innovation performancefrom the perspective of static cluster. Therefore, this paper aims to study the dynamic evolutionof network structure characteristics of cluster innovation performance to develop the theoreticalbasis for the cluster upgrading and the establishment of related policies.This paper mainly studied the cluster network structure characteristics (mainly including oftwo variables of the whole network structure characteristics and individual network structurecharacteristics) on the influence of the innovation performance, with the reference of socialnetwork and complex network, especially the social network theory analysis method. The wholenetwork structure characteristics was measured from the network density, gathered coefficient,network centricity, average shortest path length, node degree distribution and so on,respectively. The individual network structure characteristics were measured from node degrees,intermediary, structural hole, and so on, respectively.Firstly, this paper stated the industry cluster theory and cluster dynamic evolutionmechanism. Then, the structure, characterization and characteristics of the cluster network was analyzed, and related theory was introduced. Lastly the man-made board cluster in Wen’ancounty was choose to be the object of theoretical analysis and empirical case study, and then theanalysis for network structure framework and main composition of cluster, and network formingprocess were conducted.In the aspect of research of demonstration, this paper mainly used network statistical utility-ucinet6.0and its own netdraw2.0to solve the structure characteristic variable value of theclusters of the network in period of rudiment, development and maturity, and characterizenetwork graphics. The regression analysis was conducted for individual network structurecharacteristics and enterprise innovation performance in every period by SPSS17.0. Lastly, thecomplete network and the suggestions and measures for network individual growth werediscussed through the variable value, network graphic structure and regression analysis results,and the references for production and improvement of other small and medium-sized enterpriseclusters innovation performance were provided.
