With the change of economic development,the product life cycle is gradually shortening.Influenced by the habits of market consumption,the pace of technological upgrading is gradually accelerating,the R&D costs invested by companies and risks borne by companies in the process of innovation are increasing.And in the process of innovation,as most enterprises are bound by their own resources and development levels,many enterprises have the problems of insufficient resources and limited ability to innovate.The industrial cluster innovation network is an important carrier for enterprise innovation and development,so enterprises can use their network relationships to overcome constraints on resources and capabilities,and they can integrate resources of the network to achieve innovation and improve the company's innovation performance.Based on the existing research,this paper takes the industrial cluster innovation network as the entry point for research,and combines the industry analysis framework proposed by Bain and other scholars——Market Structure-Corporate Behavior-Business Performance,then established the analysis framework of "Innovation network structure-Members'innovative behavior-Corporate innovation performance".Based on the improved SCP analysis system,this paper analyzes the behavior changes of the network members,such as the enterprise,brought by the network structure characteristics of the industrial cluster innovation network.At the same time,using the sample of Chinese A-share listed firms in the Guangdong electronic information industry cluster during 2010-2016,we explore the impact of cluster innovation network structure factors on the company's innovation performance,so as to optimize the innovation network to achieve the company's innovation and development.The empirical results show that:The industrial cluster innovation network structure can be examined from five perspectives:Structural Holes,Network Centralization,Network Density,Average Distance,Network Size;The cluster innovation network structure has accelerated the spread of technology and innovation.Close competition and cooperation among network members has led to more knowledge spillovers;While the cluster innovation network structure affects corporate behavior,it further influences the company's innovation performance:Structural Holes,Network Centralization,Network Density,Average Distance,and Network Size have a significant impact on corporate innovation performance,among them,the Network Centralization,the Average Distance and the Network Size have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises in the industrial cluster innovation network;the Network Density and the Structure Holes have a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of enterprises in the industrial cluster innovation network.On this basis,this paper proposes a network optimization plan to improve the enterprise's innovation performance,This provides theoretical and practical guidance for the innovation and development of Chinese enterprises and even clusters.
