| Industry technology spillover is already as a key driver of economic growth, innovation andtechnological transformation. At present there are already three kinds of typical industrialtechnology spillover measure methods overseas, however, a single measure method can’tcomprehensively reflect the inter-industry technology spillover, and the premise and hypothesisalso doesn’t suit our country situation. Based on this in this dissertation, the suitable for China’sindustrial technology spillover measure method is discussed, and technology similarity matrixand indirect RND technical index is constructed, then the two indexes combined, given moresuitable for China’s inter-industry technology spillover measure method. Further, carry on theempirical research to manufacturing industry for Tangshan and Handan as the research object.On the one hand a demonstration of measure method, on the other hand, analysis the two areasreality and put forward countermeasures for regional development to provide the basis. The maincontents are as follows:First, in the aspect of the theoretical research, combed domestic and foreign literature aboutinter-industry technology spillover concept, connotation and characteristics, and holds thatinter-industry technology spillover consists of knowledge spillover, network spillover and marketspillover. Based on the objective comprehensive measure to inter-industry technology spillover,this dissertation presents and uses the industrial technology spillover measure method ofcombination, which based on the technical similarity matrix and indirect RND technology index.Second, in the aspect of the empirical research, according to input-output table of Tangshanand Handan in2002and2007, with manufacturing industry as an example, construct themanufacturing industry technology similarity matrix and technology distance model andaccomplish the clustering analysis for manufacturing industry from the point of view oftechnology distance, then compare manufacturing industry cluster characteristics in2002and2007and provide the industry spillover network structure characteristics. Further, calculateindirect RND indicators of inter-industry technology spillover and construct technology spillovermeasure model, then accomplish regression analysis of the influence of manufacturing inter-industry technology spillover to industrial added value, and it is concluded that in Tangshanindustry indirect RND have obvious promoting effects on the industrial value added, however, inHandan its role in promoting is not obvious and industry industrial added value growth reliesmainly on the increase of capital investment Per capita of industry.Last but not least, in aspects of industry technology spillover mode ascension and effectanalysis, compared to Tangshan and Handan from industry cluster characteristics and industrytechnology spillover structure perspective and summarize the regional industry technologyspillover mode from the theoretical level, and then the causes were analyzed connecting withTangshan and Handan industry development between the difference and common ground, andfurther combine technology spillover effect on economic promotion to provide thecountermeasures that improvement technology spillover to promote economic development. |
