After the tenth five years plan, especially with the fast development ofmodernization of national defense, the investment amount in military industryhas increased dramatically, and the military investment projects in fixed assetshave progressively increased. Because military investment project in fixed assetsmainly invests in the infrastructure and instrument for military tasks, the projectis often passive and lagging behind the demand and sometimes the project maysuddenly interrupted due to the technological risk of research jobs. Thus, the riskmanagement of the project has become one of the most important tasks to insurethe goal.Tightly around the aerospace industry fixed assets investment project riskformation and evaluation and many other issues, this paper firstly summarizedthe basic theory of risk management, and then analyzed the basic concepts, themain objective, the working principle, the risk characteristics and the necessity.Guided by the theory and methodology, this paper also discussed how to identify, evaluate and reply the risk of the aerospace enterprises fixed assets investmentprojects. This paper made a research on the risk management of the project s lifecycle, which consists of preparation, implementation, completion acceptance andpost evaluation. This paper constructed a risk evaluation model based on graytheory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and used it to analyze an example. Inorder to make the risk management more effective, the paper brings forwardconcrete measures from five dimensions, which can create better atmosphere andcondition for enterprise risk management.
