The FR Company, which is a small private enterprise, was the main research case of thispaper. Along with the aggravation of market competition, a large number of diversified orderswere caused by personalized needs. The FR Company’s obvious problem is to ensure the timelysupply ability of the enterprise to meet the market demand in the premise of a lower cost.Based on the data mining technology, correlation analysis, case analysis, the method ofhistorical literature and so on, the paper makes data mining and correlation analysis to customerinformation and the product sales history of the FR company, in the aim of finding out thepotential law of customer, product, product-product in the FR company, providing data supportto enterprise product portfolio and the study of customized production point. By combining theproduction ability and actual conditions of FR Company, the author discusses the best productsportfolio strategy to the FR Company, and designs the customized production point, thus toenhance the enterprise’ timely supply capacity.The main purpose of this paper’s research will not only help the FR company to clearlyunderstand the present situation of the enterprise product sales, provide reliable data support toenterprise’s product portfolio strategy and designs of customized production point, and improvethe enterprise’s timely supply capacity, but at the same time offer a kind of analysis ideas andmethods to that of other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. This is has ameaning of guidance and reference.
