The performance assessment of enterprise, is the enterprise in a specific period of time,usually1quarter ’s work and performance evaluate the whole process. Therefore, it is not onlythe human resources management important content, but also for the personnel management andstaff salary decision provided important reference. At present, with the increasingly fiercecompetition among enterprises, most enterprises have already realized the performance appraisalof the great significance, but because of the performance appraisal of the characteristic of itself,such as: dynamic, multidimensional nature, as well as business leaders understanding, thinkingand operation of the above mistakes, so that employees in the performance appraisal process in amere formality and no substantive significance, and the results of performance appraisal is moredifficult to make employee recognition. In other words, according to the existing performanceappraisal related theory to the design of a complete set of to in most enterprise play its inherentrole, and the optimization and improvement of the current situation of the company to helpperformance appraisal system, is the enterprise, especially the enterprise human resourcesdepartment must face a significant and urgent task.Consequently, the paper discusses in thisbackground of the enterprise environment.The paper takes NFB company,a communications industry services outsourcing enterprises,as a object of study, from the NFB services outsourcing business model, combined with NFBcompany technical personnel working characteristic, according to the performance appraisal ofthe characteristic of itself and the performance evaluation of the relevant theory, on the NFBcompany technical staff and their performance is optimized. At first,the article tell us theresearch significance and backgrounds of electing this topic, and systematically reviews therelevant theory of performance appraisal. Then the author makes a brief introduction to NFBcompany, and especially analyses the existing problems of performance appraisal method whichis running. On this basis, the author optimizes and designs the new performance appraisal. Thisnew way chiefly includes the establishing of Key Performance Indicators, the procedure ofperformance appraisal, feedback, and so on. In the end, the author brings out guaranteedmeasures, and states the strengths and limitation of this article.This paper optimized the NFB company’ performance appraisal, which is also useful toother communication enterprises to establish and improve their performance appraisal system, ithas some reference value.
