For a company,a scientific and easy-to-operate performance appraisal system is great important.It can make employees clear of their responsibilities and work tasks,it can open up the ways of communication between employees and leaders,it also can motivate and restrict employee's behavior.It can make them work with more enthusiasm and strengthen team cohesion.Finally,it can help the company achieving sustainable development of their benefits.A scientific performance appraisal system can help a company form the culture of performance-oriented,provide opportunities for employees to express their job wishes and expectations.This research takes the performance appraisal system of W Power Supply Company as the object.Firstly,using questionnaires and interviews method to collecting information of W Power Supply Company employees to the performance appraisal system.Secondly,analyze current problems in the performance appraisal system of W Power Supply Company through collecting and organizing data.For the problems,Improve performance appraisal system of the various departments in the W Power Supply Company through using the method of Key Performance Indicators and Target Management.Improve the assessment method of the staff in the basic power supply station through combine Quantitative assessment method with Qualitative assessment method.Establish a scientific department performance level evaluation plan through the 360-degree performance assessment method.In the end,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan,we set up four targeted safeguard measures.Improving the improving of training and publicity.Establish the mechanism of performance closed-loop management and strengthen the application of assessment results.The content of this research is valuable for improving the performance evaluation system of W Power Supply Companies,It provide valuable lessons and guidance to achieve strategic goals and complete the annual key work tasks in the company.Also,it can provide reference for other county power companies for improving performance.
