With the continuous development of group buying market, some enterprises hasdeveloped rapidly and become stronger, while other companies has get out of themarket because of slow development. There are many factors about the failure andsuccess. Therefore, statisticians consider to analysis the influence on group-buyingwebsites to enterprise with data. It can not only promote the development of Internetindustry, but also has some practical significance.This paper mainly studies the influence on group-buying websites to enterprise.First, we introduce the commonly multivariate statistical analysis methods, such asprincipal component analysis, factor analysis, clustering analysis, discriminate analysis.Then we use multivariate statistical method to select17key factors from many indexesand classify50typical active group-buying enterprises. After that, we carry on theempirical analysis with the aid of SPSS16.0and Excel, the experimental results showthat the method is a practical and effective way.From the results of this analysis, we can conclude that the factors that affect thedevelopment of the group-buying websites are mainly the economic and flow factor, thesearch engine factor, the active factor, the weighting factor. Finally, we has carried onthe classification to the factor scores and cluster analysis, and then we discriminatefactor score criterion by the discriminant analysis, which obtained the ideal results.Meanwhile, it provides very reliable information for group purchase enterprises.
