So, the scholars have conducted a lot of research aboutfinancial ecology in recent years.And the jiangsu province is a pilot province for national reform of the rural financialsystem.In recent years, its rural financial reform has achieved cxcellence significant results. Ruraleconomic well development and prosperity not noly need to take full adventage of the regionaladvantages,resources advantages,industry advantages and market advance but also need srongfinancial running of the sofe environment as a support,the rural financial sector deal with itsfinancial ecological environment that there is a clear evaluation standards to make it moreaccrutate and comprehensive reflection of the rural financial ecological conditions of the area，resolve the problem timely,for effectively manage the financial ecology and provede basis fordecision making for start business.This article based on the theory of financial ecology,according to factor analysis and ClusterAnalysis combined with the characteristics of the jiangsu rural economic development,providedevalution index system of financial ecology.on this basis,the use of factor analysis to evaluate theselected sample of financial ecological environment.then evaluation and analysis of the differentregional financial ecological environment and each factor score.Finally the results of the factoranalysis and cluster analysis,optimization suggestions and countermeasures of the jiangsu ruralfinancial ecological environment.
