An Empirical Study On The Evaluation With Ecological Industry’s Level Of Jiangsu Province

In the face of the severe resource and environmental situation, China has proposed the development of circular economy, the implementation of cleaner production, eco industrial park construction, the construction of ecological civilization and other measures. The harmony between man and nature, the essence is the coordination between economic industry development and resource environment, a win-win situation and promote the industry development and resource environment cycle development.In recent years Jiangsu province focused on building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. It is committed to the realization of sustainable development, and it has made great achievements in the ecological industry. Based on the domestic and foreign, industrial ecology reviews related theory and practice, construct the index system, and establish a model to evaluate the level of ecological industry in the region. The ecological industry development of Jiangsu Province in the advantage to be pointed out, but also to assess its’ existing problems, so as to improve Jiangsu’s level of the industrialization development of eco province, and puts forward the path model.This paper is based on the domestic and abroad on the theory and practice of industrial ecology are reviewed, from the view of industrial ecology theory of industrial ecology and circular economy, define the connotation of industrial ecology, combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, the construction of the ecological level evaluation index system of regional industry. Model research by using the factor analysis method for static analysis of the ecological industry level of Jiangsu Province, and use dynamic sets to the same degree of ecological analysis of industrialization level of Jiangsu province for dynamic analysis, dynamic evaluation to establish the ecological level of regional industry model, then carries on the systematic evaluation of the level of ecological industry in Jiangsu province. Then, based on classifying on the development of industry of Jiangsu Province, and the present situation of ecological environment, will be China’s 30 provinces(autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and the application of Jiangsu province from 2005 to 2013 data were static and dynamic analysis, the dynamic trajectory were calculated during 2005 to 2013, this 9 years the level of ecological industry the factor scores of Jiangsu province and Jiangsu Province, then carries on the comprehensive analysis, empirical analysis of industrial ecology level in 2013 in Jiangsu province is the first echelon has an absolute advantage, is located in the sixth conclusion across the country, and its level from 2005 to 2013 rising trend; then according to the results of empirical analysis, to assess the advantages and problems of ecological development in Jiangsu province; finally, combined with the actual situation in Jiangsu p analysis, the dynamic trajectory were calculated during 2005 to 2013, this 9 years the level of ecological industry the factor scores of Jiangsu province and Jiangsu Province, then carries on the comprehensive analysis, empirical analysis of industrial ecology level in 2013 in Jiangsu province is the first echelon has an absolute advantage, is located in the sixth conclusion across the country, and its level from 2005 to 2013 rising trend; then according to the results of empirical analysis, to assess the advantages and problems of ecological development in Jiangsu province; finally, combined with the actual situation in Jiangsu province and the above analysis results, put forward to promote Jiangsu province industry ecological countermeasures, macro level environmental protection system innovation, exert the function of government, the level is devoted to the optimization of the industrial structure, the social public, micro enterprises cleaner production level guide.
