Forestry-paper Integration Green Supply Chain’s Risk Management

As the development of global integration, the green supply chain managementmodel has been widely used in various fields. In the current situation, accelerate thedevelopment of Chinese forestry-paper integration is the inevitable choice for thescientific development of China’s modern paper industry and forestry. Green supplychain management is being applied to the construction of Chinese forestry-paperintegration, having competitiveness and interests for enterprises while also bringingrisks. When the losses caused by the risks within the business can afford, we canensure security and efficient operation for forestry-paper integration green supplychain. Therefore, the study of forestry-paper integration green supply chain hasimportant theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, based on the green supply chain, forestry-paper integration, riskmanagement and other relevant theories, we defined the forestry-paper integrationgreen supply chain and forestry-paper integration green supply chain risk theoreticaland empirical research. First, the relevant theory is reviewed. We analyze theconnotation and the hierarchy of forestry-paper integration green supply chain.Secondly, kinds of risks are identified for forestry-paper integration of green supplychain. The risks for forestry-paper integration of green supply chain contain theexternal risks of supply chain, the system layer risks of supply chain, the operationalrisk of supply chain and the resources flow risk of supply chain. Thirdly, we haveestablished a more scientific and rational risk evaluation index system. And we usethe analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method toevaluate the indicators. Finally, an example of Jiangsu Provincehas been analyzed to verify the evaluation model.The purpose of this paper is to identify, evaluate and manage the risks offorestry-paper integration green supply chain. To improve risk management offorestry-paper integration green supply chain and promote the sustainabledevelopment of forestry-paper integration, we provide a theoretical approach andstrategy support.
