Since Reform and Opening-up,Inner Mongolia livestock production capacity to achieve rapid improvement of livestock products to meet the basic needs of society as a whole. In recent years, Inner Mongolia and livestock market on the "oversupply" situation,Other agricultural and livestock products market-also often appear slow-moving phenomenon, from the production of animal products is the main contradiction of herdsman income into livestock product circulation is the main contradiction of herdsman income. So far, our country herdsman in livestock product circulation field still is in passive position, it is animal produce price passive recipients,unable to participate in the livestock product circulation of profit distribution. And animal products in circulation in the area of profit more and more considerable, slowly out of animal produce production areas. Therefore, how to through the development of Inner Mongolia livestock product circulation to increase herdsman income is a real problem to be studied. This paper takes the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of Xilinguole as an example. Take391herdsman of The Xilinhaote City, Abaga Counties Zhenglan Counties Xianghuang Counties as example to survey thier life and production the overall situation. sales channels:the middleman to buy meat food processing enterprises, purchase slaughterhouse, through cooperation, in order to increase herdsman income development of local animal husbandry. Secondly, try to give the local small and medium-sized meat food enterprises to provide production, improve market competitiveness and visibility, market development aspects of guidance and advice, to expand the scale of production so as to promote local animal husbandry, animal produce market and the rapid development of livestock product circulation.
