Advantage of costing is the key for company to survive and grows. In order to get the advantage of costing, we can’t just focus of original operation cost management. Instead, we must analysis the value-chain inside and costing agent, hope to reduce the cost efficiently. But, as original Drilling company’s vertical hierarchy structure make lower efficiency of operation and management, it’s difficult to re-form the value-chain and cost agent control, so advantage of costing control can’t settle down. Modern Project management theory focus on human factor and flexible management, support for project member’s creative and flexibility, cooperate and share the information of progress and control of cost, support with the method of assigning source and power according to project requirement. It’s the best way for company cost control.According to the management structure status of ChangQing General Drilling Company, This article analysis the basic factor of Drilling costing, value-chain component and factor for cost-driving, make suggestion to set four kind of activities(include:activities for company strategy achievement, Single-Well drilling activities, multi-branch activities and TPM proposal) as Project; also embedded Project team as component into original structure of company to make it flat; focus on idea of project costing management, reconstruct the system of company-level project costing control and lower down the drilling costing and finally reach the aim of costing advantage. |
