Analysis Of Current Situation Of New Countryside Construction And Its Development Strategy In Xiangshan County

Building a new socialist countryside is the Party Central Committee according to Chinese national condition puts forward major strategy deploy and historical task, with rich connotation and great significance. The main goal is to make the "production development, well-off life, rural civilization, clean and tidy village, democratic management".In this paper, taking Xiangshan County as a case study, through literature reading, understanding the new rural policy, collection of domestic new rural construction experience; interview about leadership, visits each villages and towns, Department, understand each township and county new rural construction practices; visiting experts, out of Xiangshan county new rural construction problems, sort out the advance construction of new rural area countermeasure.As the research shows, there are many problems in the new rural construction of Xiangshan County, such as the lacking of systematic planning for long-term, the needs to strengthen rural basic infrastructure and the backward of ecological environment facilities, besides, the focus on construction and the neglect of management, as well as overmuch of related departments and the shortage of clear responsibility, last but not least, the neglect in new rural construction. All limit the development of the county.To solve the problems, some proposals are raised in the paper. To promote the development of new rural construction, the government should set up the correct ideological understanding and development consciousness, adhere to adjust measures to local conditions, specify the key emphasis in work and strengthen the leadership as well as increase the official support and soon.
