This thesis is base on myexperience when working in IT multinational company for ethics&compliance andanti-corruption job and state how to set up the ethics&compliance system in China.Ethic&Compliance system it is one integration system in multinational companythat request the employees when doing business to obey the code of business standard(COBC). To tell the employees what rule and procedure should follow and what behaviorsare allowed to do and what behaviors are forbidden to do.As integration of world economy, recent of years more and more Chinesecompanies invest in US or European counties to set up their offices or invest in overseecountries, it is important for Chinese companies to obey their countries law.
