In modern economic growth and enterprise development, is one of the most important source of marketing. Marketing from a macro point of view, for the economic vitality of a region has a crucial influence, from micro point of view, for the survival of an enterprise also has a decisive role. Therefore, enterprise development strategy, the most important is the formulation and implementation of marketing strategy, and all other corporate strategy from marketing strategy.And for the practice development of Chinese enterprises, because of increased competition, the formation of a buyer’s market, industries and so the enterprise’s core competitiveness, in fact, is now shifting from the aspects of products and services to the marketing level. So for the choice of marketing strategy and research, for the development of China’s enterprises has important guiding significance.Based on this, this paper mainly using literature method for the theoretical foundation of the marketing strategy are analyzed and summarized, using the case method for enterprise marketing strategy are analyzed, and specific analysis tool is a PEST analysis, porter five model analysis and SWOT analysis tools. Research is divided into six parts:the first part is to study the basic situation, such as the background, meaning and purpose, laid a theoretical basis for research; The second part is the enterprise marketing environment research; The third part is based on the analysis tool to study the marketing environment and the status quo and problems of the product. The fourth part is for the company product defining the target market and positioning; The fifth part summarizes the above ideas and positioning, targeted put forward the marketing strategy of overall planning, the design of the main is the price strategy and promotion strategy, the improvement of the marketing channel.Better for us to hope that through this article research, to the formulation of the marketing strategy of the enterprise, promote the healthy development of the enterprise to provide certain reference and reference.
