Therefore, enterprises in order to effectively motivate staff, we must address the specific needs of different groups of employees, combined with the company’s own situation, the incentives for effective management. Y Generation employees in the workplace is a new generation of groups, so this theory through a variety of incentives and personality characteristics of them after description and analysis, on this basis, this study concluded the Y Generation employees and enterprises to build the psychological contract between the content of the psychological contract from the perspective of how it can be an effective incentive.In this paper, XX’s Y Generation employees for the study, theoretical research and empirical analysis using a combination of methods, the XX’s Y Generation management staff to analyze the incentive to explore.
