Nowadays,the new generation of employees born in 1980 s and 1990 s have gradually entered the enterprise and stepped onto the work stage.The young generation have distinctive features different from other generations,and these distinctive features result in the new generation has been controversial,many organizations managers attempt to correct new generation employees' ideas and work behavior,but usually effect is weak,even cause more fierce resistance,this way is obviously unwise,is unsustainable,and therefore,according to the characteristics of the new generation employees,take effective incentives,fully tap their potential,arouse the enthusiasm of their work,stimulating their creativity is an important task of human resource management.P company is a branch of China Post,there are 182 employees,of which the new generation of employees accounted for 63.7% of the total staff,the new generation of employees has become an important part of company employees.However,the P company as a traditional state-owned enterprises,enterprise management system is old and incentive effect is not obvious,the staff's work enthusiasm is low,separation rate is high.Therefore,how to strengthen the incentives for the new generation of employees and ensure the stability of the new generation of employees,so as to promote the better development of P company is the key research for enterprises in human resource management.This article based on the the P company new generation employees incentive satisfaction and motivation factors demand investigation,analyzing the present situation and problems of new generation of P company employees.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews found that P company employees incentive compensation system is not reasonable,welfare incentive effect is not obvious,performance appraisal is just an empty shell,channel of promotion not unobstructed,lack of training system,enterprise culture out of the management practice,the intrinsic role of work motivation did not play,such problems as lack of support foremployees and care.The through further investigation,analyses the reason of the problems.The last,give some suggestions to encourage the new generation of employees to work industriously and make the enterprise develop better.
