Research On Developing Trends、Problems And Countermeasures Of Chinese Nternational Technology Cooperation

With the globalization development of economy and technology, the significance of science and technology as the primary productive force has become increasingly apparent to promote the development of world economy. Technological progress has become the contemporary conditions and the protection of national economy and social development. Therefore, we need much more international technical cooperation to obtain foreign advanced technology, reduce the cost of technology innovation, and shorten the time of technological progress in China and to narrow the technology gap with the developed countries.The subject of international technical cooperation is presented in this article. First of all, the concept of technology cooperation and international cooperation, as well as the significance of international technical cooperation and the effects on economic growth are expounded. Then, combined with the development of the current international technology cooperation in all aspects, the trend of cooperation is being analyzed. The third part emphatically studies Chinese international technology cooperation and the proposal of solution under the new development trend, respectively from the following four aspects to discuss: the international technology trade; the foreign R&D investment of Chinese enterprise; the international technology alliance; virtual R&D internationalization. This article, through the analysis of the current trend of international technical cooperation and the problems in our country, puts forward the corresponding solution, provides theoretical reference for the further development of our country the international technology cooperation.
