Agricultural Structure Adjustment Based On The Regional Ecological Transition Mode

This paper presents the problem of agricultural structure adjustment based on the regional ecological transition mode. And it will take the development of lotus industry under the agricultural structure adjustment in Cai Dian District of Wuhan, Hubei province as an case analysis.On the basis of the description of the meaning of agricultural structure adjustment during the regional ecological transformation, this paper will be analyzed as follows.First, combined with the agricultural industry characteristics and by applying the theory of ecological environment in agriculture, it defines the connotation of ecological environment theory, clears the characteristics of ecological transformation, and builds the analytical framework of the agro-ecological transition, which is constituted by four subsystems, that is the core of the agro-ecosystems, the support of the agro-ecosystems, the content and features of the agro-ecological transition and the composition of the ecological transformation.Second, based on the above analysis, it analyzes the guiding ideology, essence, main body and industry support system of the agricultural structure adjustment by using the agro-ecological transition theoretical framework. Then it points out that the guiding ideology of agricultural structure adjustment should be the development direction of the regional agricultural production systems, which is specified by the formation and development law of agro-ecological transition. The essence of agricultural structure adjustment is to vigorously develop agriculture through science and technology, to organize and expand leading enterprises, to accelerate the development of the service sector of the agro-ecological products, to accelerate the large-scale development of the agro-ecological industry, to accelerate the combination development of ecological transformation of the agricultural industry and the integration of urban and rural development, and to transform the government’s functions and strengthen macro-control.At last, it analysis the development of lotus industry in Caidian District of Wuhan, Hubei province by using the above theory. At the same time, some instructive suggestions about agricultural structure adjustment will be drawn to provide references for the structure adjustment of agricultural industry in other areas in our country.
