Research On The Construction Of Food Traceability System Based On Supply Chain Management

Food safety concerns with the quality of people’s lives and health, which describes as a priority concern of people’s daily life. When mankind enters the era of industrialized civilization, on the one hand, with the technical innovatio-n of food production, the quantity of food grown geometrically, greatly enrich-ed the basic material needs of the people, on the other hand, due to the abuse of various food additives, the food safety issues are emerging, which make a haze to the people’s consumption.Looking at the world, the food safety issues are more and more frequently. For example, bovine spongiformenc ephacitis, bird flu, tainted milk, aftosa, fit-ness pigs, which stimulate people’s fragile nerves like a farce. Under the strong voice of the consumer safe consumption, the governments have taken measure s to regulate the production and distribution of food, from a technical and inst-itutional, and strive to protect the safety of food, which food traceability conc-ept is in this context. In order to deal with the increasingly serious food secu-rity situation, China actively learn from the construction experience of foreign food which can be traced back, combined with the actual situation of their o-wn,based on the principle of first pilot promotion, and select two kinds of agr-icultural products, which are vegetables and pork, as for the construction of food tracebility in more than30cities, making the initial establishment of the regional traceability system of vegetables and pork.Food Traceability is the ability to trace the history, application or location of an entity by means of recorded information. The definition was first propo- sed by France and other EU countries on Foods Derived from Biotechnology Intergovernmental Task Force meeting of the Codex Alimentarius Commission aimed as a risk management measures proposed, covering a wide range of reco rds from the raw materials to the finalconsumer products throughout the food supply chain process, the scope of the system is not limited to the detection and traceability of raw materials and products of a number of high-risk ability, to provide raw materials and product quality assurance procedures. Specifically, the paper is divided into five parts, namely the introduction, the construction status of domestic and foreign food traceability, food traceability system factors analysis, taking the pork trac-eability system of S c-ity as example and concluding part.
