The Study On Traceability System For The Safety Production Entire Processes Of Pork

The quality tracing and traceability system of production's entire processes is the important technology tools to protect pork safety. Databases technology,network and intelligent identification technology was used to construct a tracing system suitable to Chinese situation for monitoring and controlling the safe quality of pork and makes it possible to realize information traceability for entire pork production.For set up traceability system of pork production,this paper carries on systematicl study on the following aspects:(1) Reaserch and analyze the pork safety control and traceability link compatible with HACCP system.Rely on Shanghai Aisen Meat Product Limited Company,research the all links of pork from breeding,farming,slaughtering,distributing and marketing and all participants of the pork supply chain which in the pork receiving,processing,packaging,storage,transport and sales link to identify the critical control point of pork production process.(2)Resereh on the valible identification methord and uesed technology in traceability system of pork.Reference from National Centre for coding items of EAN·UCC System coding principles and combined with the Ministry of Agriculture with 67 orders that immune ears beacon coding methods to constitute trace code of traceability system of pork.Through work on the traceability system's construction program of intemational and integrate the enterprise actual production to studies the feasibility and key technology of RFID and bar code to identify pork product and development the used technology of production management,data acquisition,storage and reporting,choose frequent of RFID,transform liIlk and fmal bar code were researched.too.(3)Research on the safety traceability system of pork produte.After confirmed the critical control points and the traceability information this paper developed the traceability system.The work team of this system included 5 functional modules:the center management platform system,the farming management system,the slaughtering management system,the distribution management system andthe segmentation and sale management system.Used some hardware such as ear tag,Carcass tag,access electronic tag reader,handheld electronic readers and bar code label printers,bar code scanners and touch of enquiries,computers,servers and other hardware to established the integrated pork safety traceability system.
