Therefore, comprehensive analysis on competitiveness of medium or small-sized joint-stock commercial banks of China, then make the effective strategies to enhance competitiveness is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance.The aim of this article is to analyze the core competitiveness of China’s medium and small joint-stock banks, which is always having no exceptionally good care that coming from the authorities in China, study their actual and potential competitiveness ability, find the actual gap and comparative advantage with domestic and international first-class banks Then, I will give some practical means and policy proposals to enhance the core competitiveness of the medium and small joint-stock commercial banks to the problems, of which someone may learning something.
