Instruments industry in the national economy is an important and special industry, is the source of the information industry and part,is the important foundation of information technology. Due to its special status, function, to the national economy and has a huge role in boosting double, have a good market demand and the huge development potential.In today’s world knowledge economic rapid development and the trend of economic globalization an increasingly situation, the enterprise face the competition environment has changed greatly:From domestic and regional competition into a global competition; From the general cost, scale competition to learn the ability and the innovation ability of the competition. In the industry competition, the development of enterprises should be a positive business strategy, rather than reactive approach to rely on intuition and experience in deciding the future direction of enterprise development to provide a logical,systematic and objective approach. Successful enterprise strategists take time to reflect on the competitive environment of enterprise vis-a-vis the core strengths lie, as an organization will move toward the future,where,and then at the appropriate time frame to achieve the project and decision-making enterprise from the current location into position should be achieved. Therefore, the implementation of operational strategies for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises to achieve sustainable development of furniture has a very important practical significance.H enterprise as a production and sales of electric instrument and meter of enterprise how to the changing market environment continue to keep and enlarge the advantage of enterprise, to evade industry policy environment changes between the threat, form their own competitive advantage and continue to expand the market position, perfect the system of the enterprise strategic planning is important. This paper is divided into four main parts:the fist part of the H company major enterprise operating environment for the implementation of the strategy analysis, including macro-economic environment as well as the H company micro-enterprise environment, the focus of enterprises belong to the H company position and development prospects of the industry company itself advantage of existing resources and analysis of business operations for the H company strategy to lay the foundation; the second part of the major companies operating on H company review of strategy and operating strategy for the future H overall research options; the third part of H company operational implementation of the strategy put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, mainly focusing on R&D and design, production control, quality control, marketing strategies, as well as supply chain management and other aspects of the strategy; the fourth part of the main operational strategies for the specific implementation in the process company operating strategies for how to control and change from the content,methods,and control flow analysis.
