The sustained and stable growth of the national economy enhancesthe market demand of civilian fans, industrial and engineering fans.However, domestic fans manufacturing enterprises is faced with anumber of development challenges in their rapid development process. Atpresent, most of the fans manufacturing enterprises focus on civilian fans,lacking of core competitiveness in the fields of industrial and engineeringfans. Under the stimulation of the state’s industrial development policiesand positive economic situation, a large number of investors enter into thecivilian fan industry, resulting in increased competition in civilian fansmarket. The homogenization of competition in civilian fans market isvery serious. Therefore, in order to survive in the face of adversity anddynamic environment, SZ corporation must develop a scientific andrational development strategy.Firstly, we use some strategic management analysis tools to conducta comprehensive analysis on the internal and external environment of SZcorporation. Specifically, we use PEST analysis method to analyze the external macro environment of SZ corporation, including the politicalenvironment, economic environment, social environment andtechnological environment. we use Porter’s five forces model to analyzethe industrial development environment of SZ corporation from the fiveaspects of suppliers, customer needs, industry competitior, potentialentrants and substitutes. Except that, we also conduct an internaldevelopment analysis of SZ corporation from the five aspects oforganizational management capability, technological capability, humanresource management, marketing capability, financial management.Secondly, based on the analysis results of the internal and externalenvironment of organizational management, we conduct a SWOTanalysis to determine the internal strengths and weaknesses, outsideopportunities and threats for the future formulation and selection ofdevelopment strategy in organizational management. We decide that SZcorporation should take the technology specialization developmentstrategy which focuses on the middle and high-end fans and specilizes onindustrial and engineering fans to establish their core competence in thewhole value chain. After that, we use BCG matrix analysis tool to selectthe short term and mid-and-long term business portfolio strategy.Finally, this paper presents strategic safeguards in SZ corporation’simplementation of development strategy. This paper concludes with somesupporting measure for SZ corporation to implement the development strategy, namely strengthening internal control, enhancing technologicalinnovation and knowledge management, deepening human resourcemanagement, implementing brand cultivating strategy, and so on.
