With the reduction of the operator to3G wireless internet cost/charge tariff, the popularity of smart phones and the rich of mobile client application,3G wireless Internet has walked into our daily life at an unexpected speed. Due to the continuous improvement of technology, the market environment and competition structure are also changing.3G services are no longer restricted by Internet channel and charging channel of the operator over the period of2G value-added services. As a result, the operator’s mode with the core of value chain is broken.Shanghai Zhouxin Information Technology Co., Ltd is a national SP manufacturer established in2002, including the offices and branches set up in more than20provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities). In the2G network era, the Business development of Shanghai Zhouxin Information Technology Co., Ltd has been the leading position in the industry. If the company wants to adapt to the change of the market relying on the original advantage of2G network market in the face of the3G wireless Internet market with the technology changing, firstly they must analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company reasonably and make out marketing strategy suitable for the product of communication assistant client in order to put the product out of the fierce market competition of3G wireless Internet.The paper works out the corresponding product portfolio and marketing communication strategy aiming at the Inner Mongolia telecom network mobile phone customers and through data analysis, combined with the usage in Inner Mongolia local telecom mobile phone users and the needs of3G wireless Internet development.
