Research On Development And Innovation Of Domestic Theater Type Tourism Performing Arts

With the great support from the government to culture industry and thebooming of tourism industry, the trend of combining culture industry and tourismindustry takes a good development. In recent years, as the allied product of cultureand tourism, tourism performing arts has shown a strong momentum ofdevelopment. And it plays an important role in enhancing culture and image,attracting tourists, readjusting tourism industrial structure, as well as advancingeconomy of the destination. Most of the researches of tourism performing artsproduct development in our country are focus on comprehensive analysis, stay at thesurface and barely conduct in-depth study. To fill the vacancy on the academicresearch, this dissertation chose the representative mature theater type tourismperforming arts product as example to analyze and summarize a practicaldevelopment and innovation theory of the particular type of tourism performingarts.Six parts are included in this dissertation: the first part covers the backgroundand reviews of this assay, the summary and analysis on tourism performing art is alsoincluded.The second part is about the basic concept that used in the paper. In this part,the author defines the conception of tourism performing art as well as theater typeof it, also distinguished the theater type tourism performing arts and general theaterperformance. The theory frame of the dissertation is stated in this section too.Product development and innovation environment is discussed in chapter three.It includes the introduction of existing theater type tourism performing arts productin our country. Combining with the tourism product development process, thischapter describes the integrations of tourism industry and performing arts industry,as well as the composition of tourism performing arts industry chain.The empirical research is included in forth part. The author summarizes thedevelopment procedure of ‘ERA—Intersection of Time’ and ‘The Mountains RiversShow’, analyzes the two successful cases with different themes and different corporate background, includes institutional innovation, marketing innovation,artistic innovation, management innovation methods.In the fifth part, the author point out the route to develop and innovate theproduct and clarify them in three ways: product development management, productoperation management and product innovation management.The last part is the summary. The author summarizes the method of developingtheater type tourism performing arts and gives out an overview of its developmentprospects.This dissertation tries to summarize a practical way to develop and innovateproduct of theater type tourism performing arts in our country based on case studyand theory support.
