Research On Emerging Industries Of Strategic Corporate Credit Rating System

Strategic emerging industries as a national key support of the industry, since it has huge market potential and economic radiation effect to other industries, and received highly attention of academia and industry. The technology which Strategic emerging industry enterprises owned has a high degree of uncertainty and complexity of technology research and development, so the credit risk of the enterprise of strategic emerging industries is higher compared with traditional enterprises.At present, the general enterprise’s credit risk evaluation theory development has matured, but for strategic emerging industry enterprises,the credit evaluation system of theoretical research is relatively small.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the strategic emerging industries firstly, so as to construct the evaluation index system which is used to evaluate this kind of enterprise’s credit status.Then, collecting the index data of20listed strategic emerging industry enterprises, for weighting for each indicator, and verifying the basis of credit evaluation model.And considering the complexity of the problem of the strategic emerging industry enterprises credit evaluation, this paper uses the two comprehensive evaluation technology of the grey relation projection model and the fuzzy integral method to evaluate single sample enterprise credit status, so evaluation value are obtained.Finally, because of the one-sidedness of a single method,I combine the evaluation results by using fuzzy Borda method that is one of combination evaluation method,thus the relatively comprehensive and reliable evaluation results are obtained.I introduce the three evaluation methods to the enterprise credit evaluation system of strategic emerging industry in this paper firstly,through the empirical research, I solve the problem of the enterprise credit evaluation preliminary, and establish a relatively scientific credit evaluation system of strategic emerging industry enterprises, and lay the foundation for establishing a credit management system of strategic emerging industry enterprises.
