Development Evaluation And Driving Factors Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Zhejiang Province

After the international financial crisis,countries competing to develop the real economy,emerging industrial revolution,so Chinese government combined with national conditions,put forward to develop strategic emerging industries.It’s not only the inevitable choice of China’s response to the current international form and strategic requirements, but also the region’s economic restructuring." Twelve Five" period is a period of important strategic opportunities to Zhejiang Province,but the low level of development of industry,poor innovation,element constraints exacerbate,such problems is very prominent,too much reliance on low-end industries,ow-cost labor and consumption of resources and the environment growth has not been a fundamental change.In this case,vigorously develop strategic emerging industries is very necessary and urgent to Zhejiang province.Therefore, the study of it not only meet the needs of national development strategies,but also to solve the Zhejiang industrial transformation and upgrading needs.To effectively promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang Province,must keep track of industry research.Accurately grasp the concept and connotation of strategic emerging industries,establish a scientific evaluation system,measure the level of development of strategic emerging industries of Zhejiang Province,and through empirical research and analysis driving factors affecting the level of industrial development efforts and direction at this stage,which could be better grasp of the strengths and weaknesses,provide the basis for the formulation of development strategies.Based on the comprehensive studies on the basis of the concept of strategic emerging industries by domestic scholars and government,this paper argues that strategic emerging industries is a industry,which has a significant and long-term impact on economic and social development and national security,high technology, market demand,strong pulling effect, could represent the future direction of technology and industry.Its development is mainly due to the industrial base,resource endowments, technological innovation, market demand,social regulation and other factors. On the basis of clearing to connotation,driving factors and the law of development of strategic emerging industries,the paper launched a study of strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang.Based on the connotation of it to build a workable development evaluation index system.Collecting the actual data, using both MSE decision method and factor analysis to conduct an empirical analysis of nine strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang province,then empirical analyze sectors blending to strategic emerging industries, to supporting industry empirical results.The results shows that the development of bio-industry best,followed by marine industries,high-end equipment manufacturing,networking industry and new energy industries,nuclear power related industries, new materials, new energy automotive industry development over poor, and the worst is the development of energy-saving environmental protection industry.The results through a comprehensive evaluation of the industry level has been further validation and interpretation.This shows that the index system is objective and reasonable,which could Scientific reflect the actual situation of strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang province,providing the basis on scientific understanding of the actual situation,discovering various industries in the development of problems and needs to focus on improving aspects.In addition, this study through empirical analyzed drivers of strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang impact strength and direction at this stage.This paper used principal component regression methods.Study found that technological innovation is the largest role to promote the development of strategic emerging industries at this stage,including innovative investment and as a mature industrial base and technological achievements as well as knowledge and technology capital.
