Research On The Improvement Of Strategic Emerging Industrial Statistics System In Harbin

Strategic emerging industries are industries that grow rapidly and are in an upward stage of development.They can affect the development direction of the country and the pace of social progress.At the same time,they can serve as an important reference for evaluating the quality of economic development.Strategic emerging industries have gradually grown into a bright spot of China’s economic growth in recent years,and they also represent the key results of innovation-driven strategies,mass entrepreneurship,and innovative development.Optimizing strategic emerging industry statistics is the need of the times and a new measure to deepen statistical reform.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in the strategic emerging industry statistics work in Harbin,explore solutions to the strategic emerging industry statistics problems in Harbin,and consider how to fully demonstrate industrial advantages through statistical work and expose insufficient.To attract the attention of leaders and relevant departments at all levels.The statistical work of strategic emerging industries in Harbin is strictly carried out in accordance with the statistical system specified by the National Bureau of statistics.The data are mainly derived from the annual reports of strategic emerging industries above the national scale,and the survey objects report data through the National statistical networking reporting platform.Firstly,this paper analyzes the division of strategic emerging industries and the development of strategic emerging industries in Harbin,and summarizes the statistical survey,data management,legal system design,existing problems and causes of these problems through daily working experience.Finally,in response to the above problems,some improvement methods are proposed.We will study and establish a reasonable statistical system,actively explore statistical investigation methods that reflect the development of strategic emerging industries,and establish a statistical indicator system that conforms to the characteristics of Harbin.Research on how to control data quality at source;Research on how to make full use of statistical law.
