With the economic development and people’s living standard continues to improve, China’s household electrical appliance production and scrap is gradually increasing. According to statistics, so far, China’s household electrical appliances market size has reached600Billion of the industry, and home appliances, air conditioning, television, refrigerator and washing machine computer5appliances annual amount of waste more than150Million. These waste products contain a lot of recyclable non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, plastics, glass and some valuable parts, compared with ordinary waste recycling value is much higher. At the same time, many home appliance products, the material is complicated in structure, but also contains a large quantity of toxic and harmful substances, if not timely processing, and other waste products mixed together in a landfill or incineration, will cause serious pollution to the environment.The growing awareness of the use of resources and environmental pollution, reverse logistics has begun to attract the attention. More and more scholars around the causes of reverse logistics concepts, classification, pattern and other content. Since the beginning of the nineties of the last century, Europe and the United States and other Western countries began to reverse logistics research, and only then the problem is systematic, scientific introduction of logistics management, and has made some theoretical results and actual benefits. In many industries into the background of the era of little profit, companies began looking for new profit growth point, a growing number of household electrical appliance enterprises hope to achieve the environmental protection through the effective implementation of the reverse logistics, control production costs, increase profits, and improve customer service quality purpose, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The home appliances reverse logistics recycling, waste electrical appliance re-use and pollution-free treatment. Through the construction of household electrical appliances reverse logistics recycling system, not only can effectively control the pollution of waste home appliances products on the environment, improve resource utilization, but also bring huge economic benefits for the household electrical appliance enterprises, enhance the company’s reputation; gradually develop environmental awareness among consumers, create a good social benefits for the whole community. In China, home appliances reverse logistics did not cause enough attention to domestic consumers, resulting in many thrown away the phenomenon of waste electrical and electronic products. The same time, in some areas it is difficult to establish the home appliances recycling channels, especially in some remote places, the establishment of the high cost of recycling channels makes a lot of household electrical appliance enterprises prohibitive, the establishment of home appliances reverse logistics recycling system is a long way to go, need to develop consumer appliances recycling awareness and the establishment of efficient recycling system of channels to complete.The purpose of this paper is to study home appliances recycling reverse logistics management system to build, make the following three questions:First, whether the establishment of the enterprises of home appliances recycling reverse logistics operation mode is in addition to the social, business, consumer instill the reverse Logistics awareness outside, but also analyze various home appliances recycling reverse logistics strategy is effective and feasible; create home appliances reverse logistics complete and effective recycling system, under the premise of protection for businesses, consumers, create a three-dimensionalvalue, so as to further improve the circulation system of home appliances forward logistics network.This paper first describes the status quo, the type and characteristics of home appliances reverse logistics, summed up the reverse logistics operation of the three modes of operation and compare the advantages and disadvantages of these three modes of operation described is suitable for their corresponding household electrical appliance enterprises; different, household electrical appliance enterprises of different sizes, its mode of operation is different, laid the theoretical foundation for the reverse logistics cost-benefit model, and the cost-benefit model focuses on the household appliances reverse logistics economic recovery strategy.Furthermore, we propose a recovery strategy for several common household electrical appliance enterprises reverse logistics, reverse logistics recycling strategy, demolition strategy and discard policy. And the establishment of home appliances reverse logistics cost-benefit model, using SPSS software model is solved to determine the feasibility of home appliances recycling strategy, through quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, model assumptions, and case studies, drawn home appliances reverse logistics maximum profit strategy, which is to build a major component of the reverse logistics system of household electrical appliance enterprises.Finally, this paper uses the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis from the recycling network build recycling center location, transport systems and payment mechanisms, and explore the entire home appliances reverse logistics system build. Elaborate recycling network construction, home appliances product features and well-resourced conditions can be established relatively complete recycling network system; recycling center location, it is recommended that the center of gravity method model household electrical appliance enterprises to establish recycling center, so save a lot cost recovery, but also improve the recovery efficiency; transport system, home appliances reverse logistics transport system with forward logistics combined. Payment mechanisms, the recovery of costs in addition to the responsibility of the household electrical appliance enterprises and third-party companies, but also the establishment of consumer responsibility or national responsibility.In this paper, the mode of operation of the household electrical appliance enterprises reverse logistics and recycling strategy analysis, to explore the home appliances recycling optimization strategy, to gradually build a complete reverse logistics system. Household electrical appliance enterprises based on their characteristics, select the appropriate recovery strategy; combination of reverse logistics in enterprise economy and environmental protection in order to achieve sustainable development.
