With the beginning of large-scale industrialization, there has been endless resourceexploitation and environmental damage. Now people realize the seriousness of theconsequences. Therefore, reverse logistics was produced. The birth of the reverselogistics is not only saves a great resource, but also brings a feasible way for the growthof business benefits. With the rapid development of economy and the constantinnovation of science and technology, the demand of people for electronic productsbreaks the highest year by year. This state is also reflected in the increasing on theamount of electronic waste. As the demand of function and technology, electronicproducts contain many rare materials and a large number of toxic substances. If thrownaway, they not only waste resources, but also affect the human ecological environment.So, the implementation of reverse logistics of electronic products is essential.Therefore, in this trend, it is necessary to study the reverse logistics.In this paper,electronics companies is made as research objects. Combining with basic knowledge ofreverse logistics, a further study is carried out to reverse logistics of electronic products.In order to achieve efficient utilization of electronic products, not only the evaluationand selection mode of reverse logistics operation to electronic products are achieved,but also the construction and analysis are completed for the reverse logistics network.The research content is as follows:Firstly, it is analyzed to the domestic and foreign research of reverse logistics inthis paper, the development status and related theoretical knowledge of reverse logisticsare described. Secondly, three kinds of common operation mode of reverse logistics areintroduced, and the advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope of each operationmode are analyzed and compared. On the basis of this, according to the situation of theenterprise, the evaluation and selection of reverse logistics operation mode are obtainedby using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result is self-management model. Finally, the theory of reverse logistics networkdesign is analyzed. On the basis of this, according to the characteristics of electronicsenterprises and self-management model, the reverse logistics network of enterprise isestablished. It gets optimal result by using mixed integer programming model and Lingo,and simulates the result. By building a mixed integer programming model combiningwith Lingo auxiliary operation, an optimization result is obtained and simulated byusing the Witness simulation validation.
