The terrain of Huaying is high in northeast,low in southwest.East are mountains,west are hills and flatland. Since 1990s,The social economy develop rapidly in Huaying. With the booming Coal-mining industry and limestone industry,contributing to the development of the local economy and industry as well as rising living standard of people.However,due to the adjustment of national policy, state-owned enterprises left Huaying in succession.At present,unused land utilization rate remains low.With the gradual exhaustion of coal resources and reform of industrial policy,coal mines,quarry,cement plant and rural processing enterprises closed down one after the other,leaving Huaying with much mining wasteland,which causing land occupation,digging and collapse,polluting the ecological environment and water resources,and the ecological environment has the deterioration trend.All the negative aspects have bad impact on normal production and life,preventing the ecological,economic and social sustained development of Huaying.According to the research about current situation in mining wasteland,which main includes social and economic conditions and excavated,pressured,collapsed wasteland.Drawing out the conclusion on wasteland distribution status and characteristics.Through combining natural ecological elements and socio-economic factors in a framework of critical-path analysis,and choose the influence factors from physicochemical property,natural conditions and requirements of social economy development,we can establish the evaluation index system which assess the reclamation suitability of the mining wasteland in Huaying based on comprehensive analysis of ecology and economy.The system choose topographic slope,extent of damage,climate factors,soil texture,water resources situation,regional conditions,anticipated cost of reclamation,expected economic benefit,coordination degree between economic development and environmental protection,etc,as evaluation factors.The hierarchy analysis is applied to the system to determine the weight of every influence factors,then,we can develop the evaluation index modle which assess the reclamation suitability of the mining wasteland in Huaying based on comprehensive analysis of ecology and economyIn this case,we can applied this model to assess the suitability of Huaying’s mining wasteland,associated with the Arcgis spatial overlay analysis to work out the suitability of plantation and till around mining wasteland.According to the different types of mining wastelands and evaluation results,combined with natural and social-economic conditions around the wasteland,thesis analyzes the comprehensive reclamation in the mining wasteland,putting forward the model which contains the reclamation suitability of the mining wasteland in Huaying based on comprehensive analysis of ecology and economy.Then selecting suburban hilly ecological agricultural reclamation models and moutain eco-tourism complex reclamation patterns as optimizations.Putting forward the measures which can guarantee the reclamation of mining wasteland and then analyzing the ecological,economical and social benefit of the reclamation model which contains the reclamation suitability of the mining wasteland in huaying based on comprehensive analysis of ecology and economy.According to the research about the reclamation modle,the thesis provides references for the transformation of the county-level resources-exhausted city.
