In the late1990s, as the enhancement of China’s marketization degree, as well as the trade environment of home and abroad changes, small and medium enterprises in the economic operation, plays a more and more important role, such as act as economic growth engine, create employment opportunities, enliven the market and optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure, etc. However, due to its own specific characteristics, and the development of small and medium enterprises be restricted by many elements, and financing problems stand in the breach.In view of the situation that the financing difficult of the small and medium enterprise, the credit marketing of Commercial Banks which according to the small and medium enterprise, also has the seriously challenge. Relative to large enterprises, the small and medium enterprise with a low administration level, financial accounting system is not sound, which makes it’s difficult for Commercial Banks to know the business and economic benefit, investment risk, ability in payment of the small and medium enterprise. That increases the cost of information gathering in the process of credit marketing, and the financing cost of the small and medium enterprise, this kind of information asymmetry in the process of credit has greatly increased the commercial bank’s risk probability. It is a theory problem, but also a practical subject to correctly analyse and solve the financing problems of small business in China in the context of the financial crisis. Domestic now focus on small and medium enterprise’s financial institutions are very much, besides each city Commercial Banks, credit cooperatives and small financial institutions, some large state-owned Commercial Banks, and even foreign banks also vigorously develop the business. At present, Baoshang Bank in small micro credit creates considerable economic benefits, at the same time supports a large number of small and medium enterprises, promotes the local economy development mode change. Baoshang Bank have set up the the more obvious comparative advantage and brand advantage in the aspect of micro and small enterprises finance, and formulates that as a breakthrough of enterprise internationalization strategy. This paper from practice and theory two aspects, takes Baoshang bank as an example, analyses the process that facing the double competition pressure of domestic and foreign financial institutions, Commercial Banks innovate business ecosystem, renew market positioning, seek new economic growth point. The article thinks that the Commercial Banks should differentiated positioning and marketing strategies, solve the small enterprises financing difficulties, establishes a sustainable, reproducible business model, realizes a win-win situation of enterprises, banks and the government, and to get market competitive advantage.
