The Study On Supply Chain Financing Service Of Industrial Park

The SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) have made great contribution to the rapid development of Industrial Park in recent years. However, the financing difficulty restricts the survival and development of SMEs. It takes a negative effect on associated enterprises, supply chain, even the whole Industrial Park. Based on the related literature and theory study, the paper put corporate finance theory, supply chain theory and the financial ecology theory to use, analysis the connotation, development status and three main models of Supply Chain Finance. Considering the situation and features of Industrial Park, we deeply analyze the feasibility and advantage of using Supply Chain Financing Service to solve the problem of SMEs’ financing difficulty in Industrial Park. Based on the Social Network Analysis and System dynamics, the paper takes the IC industrial chain in Xian High-Tech Industries Development Zone as an example to provide the basis for the Supply Chain Finance in Industrial Park to solve the central problem.
