Workflow Technology For Our Country Commercial Bank Credit Operation BPR Improvement Research

This paper mainly studies how the workflow technology improves the bank creditbusiness process. With the research and development at home and abroad summarizedabout the bank business process reengineering, this paper describes the theory, definitionand connotation of BPR, and also introduces the principle, concept, and managementsystem and implementation frameworks of workflow technology. Then we analysises thenecessity and urgency of the credit process reengineering on the aspects of the internaland external environment and the demands of the information age. Take the examinationand approval process reengineering of the bank credit business process reengineering forexample, firstly, this paper introduces the present credit business process redesign andoptimization of reconstruction scheme, which take the business process as the core; andthen put forward a workflow technology into the banking business process reengineering,establishment a new generation of credit business process logic framework, which coulddefinite, implement and analysis a process. Combine the technology of workflow and thecredit business process reengineering; utilize the technology provided by the workflowmanagement systems to separate the business process and concrete operation, modify theprocess model to change the function in the system, and then complete the part of thewhole of the credit business process integration management. Finally, compare thebankcresit business BPR general method with the workflow technology, analysis theimprovement on the general BPR method provided by workflow technology, and thenexpound the advantages and existing problems of BPR in the bank credit business. Finally,put forward the direction of further research and exploration.
