Cost control is the core content of modern enterprise management; it is perforative at theenterprise management of each process. After the twenty-first Century financial crisis, themarket competition is becoming increasingly fierce, for raw materials and human resourcesfor the enterprise cost increase. Cost control to do good, decide the success or failure of theenterprise. With the continuous development of information technology and the progress ofsociety, the traditional cost control already could not satisfy the demand of modern enterpriseon decision information. The value chain theory to research the cost control of the enterpriseto provide effective method. From a global perspective to study the cost, using value chainanalysis method to find the cost advantage of the enterprise, the viewpoint that uses a systemto explore tile magnetic product cost control method, helps enterprises to realize clearly thecost control goal, and excavate the potential competitive advantage, from the decision-makingenterprises to provide detailed information.This paper taking Hunan Aerospace magnetic tile magnetic group production process asthe research object, the use of inductive method, deductive method, illustration method,literature method, along the enterprise tile magnetic cost control status quo analysis, costcontrol problem of the enterprise value chain cost analysis of tile magnetic tile magnetic-based on value chain cost control constructing the mode of this one train of thought research.Analysis of enterprise tile magnet production longitudinal, transverse value centenary, foundthat the company’s traditional cost control mode is insufficient, put forward to use exercisecost-or-market method to corporate accounting of value chain cost, for the enterpriseimplementation of the optimization of value chain has provided important clues.
