Research On Quality Control Of The Baomag Magnetic Core Based On PDM

Nowadays,quality has become the world common language,social and national economic construction in modern enterprises,an outstanding problem by widespread concern,no matter in developed countries or developing countries,have offered to pay great attention to product quality and service quality,and trying to find an effective way to improve product quality and service quality.Quality is the lifeblood of products,and strengthening quality management is of great practical significance to both enterprises and market consumers.Companies must improve the level of product design,manufacturing facilities and production processes,and whoever can provide high-quality products will keep the market.In this paper,on the basis of the quality management theory and quality control method,through the analysis of treasure magnetic core products of the company in quality management and quality control process,the problems in the first use of the quality control of related theory and method for magnetic company core product design quality control model based on product data management(PDM),the core production process of molding,sintering,grinding,sorting process quality control in product data management(PDM).Then the core raw material procurement process control program is optimized to form a PDM-based complete magnetic core product quality control model.Then,according to the actual situation of magnetic core product quality control,the objectives of model planning implementation were analyzed,and simulation calculation and application methods were used to carry out model implementation research in product design stage,raw material procurement stage and product production and processing stage respectively.Finally,combined with the whole process quality control of magnetic core products,the implementation effect of the PDM based magnetic core product quality control model of Baomag Company was evaluated,and the improvement methods for the existing problems in the core quality control were proposed.In this paper,through the study of core design based on product data management(PDM)system quality control model,core and in the production process of medium pressure type,sintering,grinding,sorting implementation of PDM in four working procedure quality control,thus promote the enterprise internal work,shorten the product development cycle,improve the qualified rate of core products,and convenient management management,to better enhance the level of quality control and to reduce the production cost,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Core quality control should be carried out throughout the production and operation process from the selection of raw materials to the delivery of products,and continuous improvement should be carried out.
