Competitiveness Of China To Undertake Software Outsourcing Industry Transfer

This paper analyzes different evolution of software outsourcing industry from the rise of it to different development models, at the same time, by comparing different countries’different social environmental and economic conditions to undertake software outsourcing industry’s advantages and disadvantages, and finally, by the contrast of the this industry, to undertake this industry’s environmental and economic development stage is different for various countries, this paper put forward suggestions for China to undertake software outsourcing industry transfer.Two clues can be found in this paper to the software outsourcing industry competitiveness Transference analysis, the first clue is the horizontal area of comparative advantages and disadvantages between the undertakers, the second clue is the vertical time line, that is, by evolution of Chinese software outsourcing industry development in different periods. Therefore, this paper’s main questions are as follows:how to improve endogenous competitiveness for the undertake software outsourcing industry transfer of China; how to improve exogenous competitiveness for the undertake software outsourcing industry transfer of China, how to win major regions in the world of software market for China?This paper uses a method of combining of theoretical research and empirical research. First, the study uses the theory of international division of labor, national competitiveness and industry undertake and transfer to analysis the world pattern of the software outsourcing industry and the impact of the development of software outsourcing industry, as well as the layout of the software outsourcing industry. Second, follow the spirit of seeking truth from facts attitude toward research, this article uses a lot of data which carried out a detailed analysis of the current situation as well as the pros and cons of China at this stage of the software outsourcing industry. Third, on the base of former paper studies, I find the impact of software outsourcing industry factors timely. Fourth, collect large amounts of data summarized the factors which affect the development of software outsourcing industry as internal reasons and external reasons; then, in accordance with the mathematical morphology, these factors are summarized as competition in the endogenous variables and exogenous competition variable. Fifth, this paper selected twelve software package countries’ data as sample, then use the endogenous and exogenous competitiveness variable to make a factor analysis. Finally, on the empirical basis, respectively, this article gives countermeasures and suggestions from the inside, outside as well as the practice of three ways to enhance the transfer of China to undertake software outsourcing industry.
