overall pattern of the spatial allocation efficiency of the factors that undertake industrial transfer.Then,using Hayter's location to enter the theory to construct the evaluation index of the spatial allocation competitiveness of the elements in the northeast region to undertake industrial transfer,and use the principal component analysis method and the regression analysis method to analyze the
