High-tech industry has a very important position in the economic development, the development level of a country’s high-tech industry directly affect the overall economic and technological level of the country level. At present, our country in the implementation of the western development strategy, many measures that western countries to promote the development of backward areas so far are worth learning and reference. This paper is on the base of high-tech industry in China’s western region development practice, to analyze the existing high-tech industry development in China’s western region of the problem.
