Kunming Reconstruction Of Village Problems

China’s urbanization was accelerated accompanied with more than30years of reform and opening up process. With the rapidly development and continuing to expand of the city, the original urban-rural village gradually being surrounded or half surrounded by urban built-up area, but in the architectural landscape, demographic composition, economic characteristics, administrative, lifestyle and urban communities there is a clear difference. The original urban-rural village became "islands" in the city, villages thus formed. The end of the1980s, the phenomenon of villages in China gradually revealed the late1990s. Villages become a common phenomenon in many cities in China. This is different from the urban communities, new communities is different from the traditional rural community building a vacuum, seriously affecting the image of the city, hindering the development of the city. Currently, the practice of "Villages" community building has just started, and it is not perfect and successful experience to learn. For this reason, this article is mainly to study the problems in the villages in the city of Kunming, the transformation process, hoping to provide a useful reference to the transformation of the construction of villages in the city of Kunming. Firstly, to clarify the topics of the background, purpose and meaning, at home and abroad for the urban village Research reviewed. Then Kunming reconstruction of the village situation and existing problems, and learn from the experience in the domestic part of the urban transformation of villages, proposed suggestions in Kunming Reconstruction of the Village transformation process.
