The Study Of Cold-chain Logistics Center Comprehensive Feasibility Evaluation Index System Construction And Method

Due to frequent exposure of the domestic food safety problems in recent years,people require increasingly high demand for food safety. Therefore, as an importantmeans to ensure food safety, cold chain logistics has been paid more and moreattention and the construction of cold chain logistics center is also carried out aroundthe country. And as an important node of the cold chain logistics supply chain, theplanning and construction as well as the operation after construction of cold chainlogistics center will affect the entire cold chain logistics supply chain. Blindly followthe trend of construction is not only more difficult to achieve a good purpose toprovide cold chain logistics services, but also will result in a great waste. So how toreasonably conduct the compositive estimation of feasibility of cold chain logisticscenter project is currently pressing problem. This paper put forward a set of indexsystem of compositive estimation of feasibility and then explored the evaluationmethod.First, as the basis of compositive estimation research of feasibility of cold chainlogistics, this paper reviews the study of cold chain logistics and logistics park athome and abroad, detailed explains the related concepts, sorts and summarizes therelated theories. Second, analyses the multiple factors involved in cold chain logisticscenter and use the appropriate method, follow comprehensive completeness andscientific applicability principle to build the index system of comprehensiveevaluation of the feasibility of cold chain logistics center. Taking into account theinteraction between the value of each evaluation, this paper use Analytic NetworkProcess to mark the weight of each index. Then, for the status of some indicators inpractice difficult to quantify, and some quantitative indicators is not easy to accuratelycollect, this paper selects fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as an evaluationmethod. That is, the formation of network analysis-Fuzzy Comprehensive EvaluationMethod. Finally, through the analysis of the instance of compositive estimation offeasibility of the CY company cold chain logistics center project, the method achieves good results. The instance also verifies the feasibility of the evaluation index systemand evaluation methods.
