Research On Performance Evaluation Of Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises In Chongqing Based On AHP-DEA Model

The application of cold chain logistics in real production and life is very wide.Under the current situation that people are increasingly demanding quality of life,the transformation of modern business models,the development of large-scale supermarket chains and wholesale markets,and e-commerce,and even cities and towns The expansion of development has promoted the development of China's cold chain logistics,but China's cold chain logistics technology is low,infrastructure and equipment are inadequate,and there is a lack of information in the cold chain logistics construction,the cold chain logistics regional development is not balanced and other issues.Therefore,how domestic cold-chain logistics companies overcome these difficulties,seize opportunities,and continue to develop is a major challenge facing every modern cold-chain logistics company.As the China actively promotes the development of cold chain logistics,the cold chain logistics industry in Chongqing welcomes a good development environment and opportunities.For Chongqing cold chain logistics enterprises,it is able to establish a reasonable and scientific performance evaluation system,which is of great significance for improving the operating efficiency of cold chain logistics companies.It can enable enterprises to identify shortcomings and improvements in the process of business development.This paper studies the performance evaluation of cold-chain logistics companies in Chongqing,combines the development status and problems of cold-chain logistics in Chongqing,and constructs a cold-chain logistics company performance evaluation index system,and integrates cold-chain logistics enterprises in Chongqing with the national scope.The representative cold chain logistics enterprises within the company conduct comparative analysis and use the AHP-DEA method to evaluate and analyze the performance of cold chain logistics enterprises.The main contents of the paper are as follows:First of all,it explains the concept of cold chain logistics and the problems existing in the development of cold chain logistics,and expounds the research significance of the article,and clarifies the purpose of this paper.Secondly,before constructing the performance evaluation index system of cold chain logistics enterprises in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the development situation,existing problems and reasons of cold chain logistics in Chongqing.Based on the existing problems and reasons,based on the characteristics of the cold chain logistics industry,an index system consisting of four aspects,namely,financial performance,customer service,cold chain internal process operation and development capability,was established.Then,the deficiency of the existing evaluation index system for performance of logistics enterprises is analyzed and proposes a combination of analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis to apply the comprehensive performance evaluation of cold chain logistics companies in Chongqing compared with representative chain logistics companies.Finally,according to the research results of ten cold chain logistics enterprises in Chongqing,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of cold chain logistics enterprises.
