| Most research on human resource management nowadays in China are staying inthinking, general, normative statements, remain in the concept stage, lack of empiricalresearch and data support, urgently need to explore the characteristics and reality practice ofhuman resource management system. YY freeway, in the background of domestic economicdevelopment, complete the whole construction in3years,3years before the plan constructionperiod, known by highway industry as "YY speed","green YY" in China, shocked both to ourrelative private or state-owned enterprises, its HR management system is worth to beresearched.In this paper, related to the popular advanced theory of encouragement, and thesuccessful practice experiance of YY freeway project, through the construction of YY freewayproject’s location, technical standard, scale and other background knowledge, and the surveryresults from the employees worked for YY freeway project, we could analyse of the humanresource management system in following3aspects: basic survival needs--salarymanagement and performance evaluation, growth needs--corporate culture and trainingmanagement, and leading needs--relationship management and society. Finally, we couldconclude the HR management successful factors of YY freeway project.Under the background of the "eleven-five" road network construction planning, and thesufficient supply in professional labor market, YY freeway project had opportunity togenerally improve the quality of human resources management, such as perfectmotivation--hygiene satisfation, flexible HR management strategy, developed assessment andincentive system, diversified education and training system, modern human resourcemanagement information technology, well experienced employees and low flow rate, etc. Andthe disadvantages mainly concentrated in two aspects: extensive management and and teamdismissed in short-term project.Based on the encouragement theory, and the survey of the YY human resourceadministration, and the HR management rules and regulations, combined the data ofincentives needs during the construction of YY Freeway, this paper analyzed the causes inHR management area why the YY Freeway Project was so successful,and then analyzed thestrength, weakness of YY project based on the data of regulations of YY project, providingreference for the same type of enterprise human resource management. |
