Work and family is the most important and the most common two fields in our life. Along with the society changing, so many things are going to change. Competition is aggravating more, work stress is keeping increase, working time is extended so family construction is keeping to changing in this situation. The proportion of married women and mothers with children and men started undertaking household duties are increasing. These problems increase the work stress and conflict of family between women and men. On these grounds, this research structures and model is about family conflict of employees of the enterprises to effect job satisfaction and leave office. And this paper base on gender as regulated variable. And this paper will research women and men how solve family conflict when they get same problems.This paper will use empirical analysis for research approach. In this paper, employees of domestic enterprises are selected as research sample. And in this paper, will research relationship between conflicts of working family’s job satisfaction with intention of leave office.First, this research paper expounds this research paper’s background and raises the conflict of working family have theoretical and practical significance, and also explains this research paper’s methodology.Secondly, this paper did theoretical research for conflict of working family, job satisfaction, leaving office. And theoretical research establishes theoretical basic for research model and research hypothesis of text.Thirdly, put forward this research paper’s research model and research hypothesis and devices conflict of working family into three dimensionalities. Also this paper uses questionnaire survey to collect data about employees of the enterprises and uses SPSS statistical software to analysis data. And use the descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of difference, correlation analysis and analysis of regression to checkout if can this research paper’s hypothesis establish or not.Finally, sum up this research paper’s conclusion, and raise suggestion and defects, also bring up future development direction.This research paper get conclusion by data as follows:1. Through the questionnaire survey of employees of the enterprises,it is observed that most of employees of the enterprises’s family exists conflicts. 2. Apparently, between dimension of conflict of working family with job satisfaction and intention of leaving office have significant correlation. Among this, between conflicts of working family with intention of leaving office exists negative correlation. This is opposite with hypothesis. This explained that even so many employee’s family have conflicts but they do not select leave office.3. Between conflict of dimension working family with job satisfaction, gender not have regulating effect. And also not have regulating effect between conflicts of working family with intention of leaving office.
