Work and family are two major parts of individual life.They are very different,closely related and interconnected.Balancing work and family responsibilities is an important issue that every employee may face,especially when stationed in other places.They have been stationed abroad for a long time and shoulder the heavy responsibility of the company.They are an important pillar of the company's development strategy.At the same time,they have to face the pressure of living environment,cost changes and family contributions.There are more conflicts between their working families,which can lead to a decline in their work motivation and job satisfaction.In this paper,we choose D Company as the research object,first of all,using the theoretical analysis method,the work-family conflict,job satisfaction,organizational support and other related theories were expounded.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the work-family conflict of the staff stationed in different places in company D,mainly from the impact of time conflict,pressure conflict and behavior conflict on job satisfaction At the same time,the relationship between perceived organizational support and the moderating variables was analyzed.Finally,in view of the impact of the discovered work-family conflict on job satisfaction and management issues,the paper puts forward relevant improvement strategies from parent company,Subsidiary Company and individual.Based on the study of the impact of work-family conflict on job satisfaction in D company,this paper puts forward a strategy to balance work-family conflict and improve job satisfaction of staff stationed in D company.In order to alleviate the impact of work-family conflict on job satisfaction,provide theoretical support and empirical evidence,improve the organizational sense of belonging,improve their work efficiency and enthusiasm,and improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
