In the construction engineering enterprise knowledge administrative personals took enterprise the special superintendent, displays day by day in the intense market competition is being unique, the pivotal function. Because they endure long work hours and inflexible arrangement while undertaking great pressure of project cost, processing, qualities and safety, they suffer much more work-family conflicts and exhaust than their encounters. Therefore, how to help the employees to deal with the work-family conflict with some scientific methods has become an important issue of the manager. As the theoretic basis of understanding employee-organization relationship, organizational support plays a very important role in maintaining a kind employee-organization relationship, moderating the work-family conflict and improving some job-relate outcomes. More and more enterprises have implemented a variety of initiatives to address work-family conflict issue.The paper takes 206 construction engineering enterprise knowledge administrative personals as main subjects. Questionnaire survey was conducted on those subjects in order to explore the relationship between organizational support, work-family conflict, job satisfaction and leaving intension. The results are as follows:(1) Emotional support is significant predictors of work to family conflict. Instructional support is significant predictors of family to work conflict.(2) Work to family conflict is significant predictors of job satisfaction. Family to work conflict is significant predictors of leaving intention.(3) Work to family conflict mediates the relationship between emotional support and job satisfaction.(4)Job satisfaction is significant predictors of leaving intention At last, the paper also proposes some advice to help the enterprises improve their organizational support and achieve the expected job-related outcomes.
