In recent years, the marketing strategy has gradually been the company’s highly regarded in our country. The product which needs the work of develop marketing strategies, should base on the market assessment and market positioning, according to different marketing strategy and make corresponding marketing plan, and build a good marketing system and management system in the first place, to ensure that it could fully play its role when the products promote at the key moment, then during the marketing strategy formulation and implementation stage, what should be done before, during and after the stage? In the face of the above issues, to form a good marketing system and management mechanism, to improve all areas of industry marketing work efficiency is one of the most important tasks.This paper is based on detailed analysis of the group customers marketing strategy of China United Network Communications Corp Shenyang branch(here referred to as" Shenyang Unicom",), develop appropriate customer marketing strategy for different customer group market, and puts forward the security solution of marketing strategy of group client. This paper is divided into the following sections:introduction:research background, significance, research method. The text mainly four parts:the first part, analysis of Shenyang Unicom dignitaries of group customer marketing environment, in the analysis, the use of modern marketing theory analysis tool for Shenyang Unicom dignitaries group clients, internal environment, including the advantages and disadvantages and problems of the comprehensive analysis; the second part is the analysis of Shenyang Unicom group client market segmentation; the third part is through the analysis of product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, relationship marketing strategy to put forward Shenyang Unicom politics to group customer marketing solutions; the fourth part is the elaborate of Shenyang UniCom group customer marketing strategy implementation and security project analysis.This paper discusses and studies the dignitaries of group customer marketing strategy for Shenyang Unicom future marketing practice in work, and wish through the study of the application of Shenyang Unicom, gradually improve the group customer marketing strategy, for a better promote of goal achievement.
