A Study On Diversification Mechanism Of Catastrophic Risk For Chinese Agriculture Insurance

As a loss of market-oriente sharing and transfer risk system, agricultural insurancehas played an important role in stabling agricultural production and ensuring nationalfood security. However, with the continuous progress of the agricultural insurance pilotwork, contracting expanding range of agricultural insurance risk diversification,agricultural insurance itself caught up in the plight of risk diversification. The lack ofagricultural insurance catastrophe risk diversification mechanism has become the mostimportant problems on for the China’s agricultural insurance system sustainabledevelopment. This article use this as a starting point, analysising the existing problems ofChina’s agricultural insurance catastrophe risk diversification program, maturingexperience and learn from the developed agricultural insurance market practices, and thusto protect the sustainable development of China’s agricultural insurance.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part of the Introduction.
